Step two: As you acquire the forms you need from the adults and trailmen, you can drop them here with your contact info and troop information.
Forms are automatically encrypted on upload, they are sent directly to the camp secretary, not hosted on some 3rd party site. Once they are download and decrypted with the key and passphrase, we will email you to confirm receipt of the forms.
You will still need to bring physical copies to camp, but you will not need to present those copies for review during check-in.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
Pennsylvania state law requires all registered adults to complete Child Abuse History Clearance Background Checks. We have received a short-term provision allowing out-of-state Troops to provide proof of Background Check from Trail Life's MinistrySafe screening. Troops are independently responsible to ensure they are adhering to these standards:
- Pennsylvania Troops: All registered adults must bring a copy of their Background Check report per state requirements.
- Out-of-State Troops: All registered adults must bring a copy of their Background Check report from MinistrySafe. If you need to access a copy of your report, email admin@ministrysafe.com. If you completed screening through the previous provider, Protect My Ministry, visit compliance.protectmyministry.com to receive a copy of your report.
